Researchers at CEEC and Primus Power (Hayward, CA) have been awarded funds for an APRA-E DAYS (Duration Addition to ElectricitY Storage) program to develop long-duration grid energy storage by using a new approach to zinc bromine batteries to dramatically reduce system cost.
